東南亞外籍配偶在成人基本教育研習班學習什麼?如何學習?發生了什麼?成為本研究關心的焦點。本研究蒐集之觀察紀錄、訪談稿等資料,以原始文件(primary document)載入電腦軟體ATLAS. ti剪輯、編碼以進行資料分析。研究資料分析結果:一、師生形成了東南亞外籍配偶人際網路。二、手機是東南亞外籍配偶的通訊網絡。三、帶小孩來上課是教室常態。四、教學過程常以母語聊天。五、關於名字或稱謂的識字學習興趣濃厚。六、分享家鄉習俗凝聚同學情誼。本研究依資料分析結果,以台灣中老年失學婦女和來自各國的東南亞外籍配偶一起學習;東南亞外籍配偶以生活網為核心,交織人際網路和生活學習;老師引導學生從名字取得身份認同,逐步建立東南亞外籍配偶支持系統;上課接手機、帶小孩來上課、上課前後的室外聊天,開展適應新生活重要的人際網路;東南亞外籍配偶討論母國習俗為重要學習內容;取材生活、應用生活、創造生活意義,編織多元文化生活網等意義來描繪台灣東南亞外籍配識字教育的生活圖像,這生活圖像提醒教育工作者須有新思維與行動促進多元文化社會。The study is focused on the Southeast Asian spouses in Taiwan. What do they learn in the adult basic educational class, how do they learn it, and what happened during the class? The observed records and interview that were collected for the study were uploaded into ATLAS. ti to edit and were encoded for data analyses. The results showed that: 1. Teachers and students become the members of the Southeast Asian spouses' network. 2. Mobile phone becomes the spouses' communicate network. 3. It is normal for the spouses to bring their children to the class. 4. The Southeast Asian spouses usually chat in their native language in the class. 5. They are interested in learning how to read names and appellations. 6. Sharing the customs from their hometown could agglomerate friendship. Based upon the analyzed results, the researcher mentioned several points as follow: 1. Middle-aged women, who discontinue schooling in their childhood, and the Southeast Asian spouses, are learning in the same classes. 2. The Southeast Asian spouses take their life-net as a core, and interweave with their interpersonal relationship and life learning. 3. Teachers lead the students to identify themselves from their names and to establish a supportive system for the Southeast Asian spouses. 4. Taking mobile phone during classes, brining children to classes, and chatting to each other before and after the class would enable the spouses to adopt the new life and to develop their personal network. 5. Discussing the customs from the spouses' own countries become important contents in the class. 6. In order to describe the education of literacy for the Southeast Asian spouses in Taiwan, the researcher suggest that they obtain and apply the materials from life, to create the meaning of life, and to interweave multi-cultural life-net. These phenomena remind the education workers to bring new thoughts and actions to promote a multi-cultural society. |
