目的:旨在建構學校體育行政組織效能指標。方法:研究以全國大專校院體育行政組織成員為對象,透過文獻分析、德懷術、問卷調查與結構方程式進行資料蒐集、分析與驗證。結果:學校體育行政組織效能指標具有多重特徵與內涵,以統整評量模式透過開放系統之「投入→過程→產出」觀點建構,在資源投入變項有運動場館設施與環境、體育經費、體育專業人力;在組織運作過程變項有組織結構、體育行政領導、組織文化、組織承諾與組織衝突管理;在組織產出變項有教學效能、工作滿足、工作績效與服務品質等12個指標。結論:學校體育行政組織效能指標透過德懷術、統計考驗,具良好信效度,並經結構方程式驗證,指標模式與實際資料相契合,可獲接受。Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct the index of effectiveness of physical education administrative organizations in school. Methods: The objects of this study were members work in physical education administrative organizations in school. The researcher collected, analyzed and verified data through documents reviewing. Results: There were multiple features and connotations. There were twelve index of efficiency of physical education administrative organizations in school such as: equipments and environment, funds of physical education, specialized workforce, organization structure, administration and leadership, organization culture, organization commitment, conflict management, teaching efficiency, working satisfaction and working performance and service. Conclusion: There were many characteristic and connotation in the index of effectiveness of physical education administrative organizations in school. The index was constructed by the standpoint 'input-process-output' of the open system. Through s Delphi method and tatistical testing, the index had good reliability and validity. Also the index mode conformed to the real data and was verified by SEM. |
