目的:探討教練轉型式領導對成員專業承諾的影響;方法:將以臺灣26所大專院校柔道校隊618名選手為樣本,進行相關分析、因素分析與區段迴歸分析。結果:在控制團隊滿意度、訓練滿意度、以及教練滿意度的影響後,教練的轉型式領導對成員的專業承諾仍具有顯著地影響力。進階分析更指出,團隊滿意度與理想化行為及訓練滿意度與個別關懷對專業承諾有顯著地交互作用效果。結論:當教練主要以轉型式領導中的理想化行為的領導方式來影響選手時,選手的運動滿意度,尤其是「團隊滿意度」特別容易發揮正向調節作用來影響其專業承諾的程度;而當教練主要以轉型式領導中的個別關懷的領導方式來影響選手時,選手的「教練滿意度」特別容易發揮負向調節作用來影響其專業承諾的程度。Purpose: To find out how transformational leadership affects professional commitment among judo team members. Methods: We sampled 618 judo athletes form judo school teams of 26 senior high schools and colleges in Taiwan. Results: Controlling the influence of satisfaction, transformational leadership of coach positively associated with professional commitment of athlete. Further analysis also shows significant interaction between satisfaction to team and idealized behavior, satisfaction to training and individualized consideration also interact significantly. Conclusion: When the coach influences the team with idealized behavior, the satisfaction-especially satisfaction to team-positively moderates professional commitment; Moreover, satisfaction to coach has negatively moderating effects on professional commitment while coaching with individualized consideration. |
