規律運動可增進人體健康體適能,適當調節生理與心理壓力,營造健康快樂的生活,過去研究探討個體活動與睡眠品質關係之研究不多,因此本研究目的欲瞭解女大學生其日常身體活動程度是否會對睡眠品質造成影響。175名自願參與的大學女生,平均年齡19.74±1.25歲,平均身高160.42±5.17公分,平均體重為52.52±8.45公斤,使用匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)與Sallis的七日身體活動問卷調查量表(Seven-Day Activity Recall),來作為本研究睡眠品質與身體活動量的評估工具與方式,資料收集後以SPSS/Windows套裝軟體加以統計分析,以描述統計分析各相關資料,並以Pearson積差相關法與獨立樣本t考驗來分析結果,統計顯著水準定為α=0.05。研究結果顯示:一、大學女生其PSQI平均得分為6.25±1.60,800公尺跑走成績為290.70±36.70秒,受試者的睡眠品質仍有提昇與改善之空間;二、PSQI得分與800公尺跑走成績有顯著正相關,與身體活動度有顯著負相關存在;三、高身體活動組其800公尺跑走成績、PSQI得分顯著優於身體活動較低組。於本研究的範圍與限制內,本研究證實日常身體活動量對心肺耐力有正面的影響,兩變項間有密切關係,並發現高身體活動者有較佳的整體睡眠品質,因此養成規律運動習慣,積極參與體能活動,除可維持適當健康體適能,似乎可促進與維持良好的睡眠品質。Regular exercise can improve the health of human body, regulated proper physical and psychological stress, bring on healthier and happier life. Previously study focused on the effects of physical activities in physical responses, rare study concerned about the effects in sleep quality. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between physical activity and sleep quality of female college students. One hundred and seventy five healthy female students (age: 19.74±1.25 yrs; height: 160.42±5.17 cm; weight: 52.52±8.45 kg) were recruited in this study. All subjects were asked to fill out the questionnaires Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Seven-Day Activity Recall designed to measure the subject's sleep quality and physical activity. The results showed that: 1)The average PSQI global score of total subjects was 6.15±2.08, and the 800m walk-run test was 286.87±21.20 sec. 2) There was significant correlation between PSQI global score and 800m walk-run test performance. 3) Higher physical activity group has better performance in 800m walk-run test and PSQI scores. In the limitation of this study, it is concluded that physical activity was significantly correlated with sleep quality in daily life. So when we encourage college students to keep regular exercise not only maintain physical fitness, but also promote sleep quality.
