本研究目的在了解精神科護理人員之人口學特性、工作壓力對其專業承諾的影響。研究設計採橫斷式立意取樣研究法,以東北部某二家地區醫院之精神科護理人員為母群體,共收案94名,利用結構式問卷及訪談進行研究。研究結果顯示(1)專業承諾中的努力意願與價值認同呈正相關(r=.24, p=.01),(2)專業生涯評價與壓力呈負相關(r=.83, p=.01);(3)聘用類別、壓力程度、服務年資、年齡是影響專業承諾的主要預測因子,可解釋總變異達68%,其中以壓力程度可解釋最大的變異量達47%。藉由本研究結果可瞭解精神科護理人員之壓力程度,進而設計介入措施以降低其壓力程度,提升精神科護理人員之專業承諾。 |

The purpose of this study was to understand the influences of demographic data and stress on professional commitments of Psychiatric Nurses. By means of cross-sectional study and purposive sampling , the researcher chose 94 psychiatric ward nurses from two regional hospitals. Data were obtained by deep interviews and questionnaires, and analyzed by SPSS for Windows 10.0. The results of the study included: (1)the 「willingness of effort」positively correlated with 「belief in goal」(r=.24, p=.01); (2)the 「career evaluation」 showed negative correlation with 「stress degree」 (r=.83, p=.01); (3) 「occupation degree」、「stress degree 」、「year of profession 」 and 「 age 」, were the predictive variables for「 professional commitment」, which could explain 68% of the whole variances; (4)「stress degree」could explain 47% of 「professional commitment」. The results generated from the study could provide information to design an intervention to decrease the work stress, then promoting the professional commitment. |
