一位接受人工關節置換術病人之護理經驗

The Experience of Nursing Care of Patient Undergoing Left Total Knee Replacement

本報告描述照顧一位68歲老人，因退化性關節炎接受人工膝關節置換術治療的護理經驗。在照護期間自2009年3月10日至3月15日，藉由觀察、與個案及家屬互動、傾聽，利用Gordon十一項功能健康型態模式來評估病人問題，確認其健康問題為急性疼痛、身體活動障礙、焦慮及知識缺失（特定的）。筆者運用護理過程解決個案住院期間的身心問題，協助其減輕術前焦慮與術後疼痛、面對術後的日常活動與復健問題，提供完善護理照護。希望藉此次護理經驗與護理同仁分享，並提供日後照顧此類病人臨床照護之參考。

This article described the nursing experience of a patient with osteoarthritis undergoing left total knee replacement. The primary care was from March 10 to March 15, 2009. The data were collected by observation, interview, and chart review. The Gordon 11-item Functional Health Pattern was used to assess the health problem. Major health problems identified included anxiety, acute pain, impaired physical mobility, and knowledge deficit (specify). The author utilized nursing process to provide comprehensive nursing care to help the patient to relieve anxiety before surgical operation and pain after surgical operation, to perform daily living activities and rehabilitation program. The author hopes the experience of nursing care could provide a reference for nursing practice.
