照顧一位應力性尿失禁婦女術後之護理經驗

The Nursing Experience of Caring a Female Surgery Patient Suffered from Stress Incontinence

約有三分之一的女性有尿失禁情形，大多數人不會主動尋求治療，它會影響個人的衛生、造成日常生活的不便，減少社交機會。本文主要描述一位應力性尿失禁婦女受尿失禁困擾，進而接受尿失禁手術治療的護理經驗，筆者在照護的過程中，藉由會談、觀察及直接照顧，運用Gordon十一項功能性健康型態為評估工具，經由資料評估分析發現病人確立有知識缺失、焦慮和社交隔離等護理問題。經由主動提供相關資訊及衛教指導與心理支持，幫助病人認識及正向接受該疾病的治療，使病人能積極尋求醫療處置，參與照護過程並敞開心胸接納他人的關懷。同時藉此病人之護理經驗，期望護理人員能兼顧病人身體與心靈的問題，提供整體的護理計劃，以展現護理專業的獨特功能，進而促進有效自我照顧與提昇病人居家的生活品質。

Almost one third females have been suffered from urinary incontinence, which causes inconvenience of daily life and implement of social activities. This article mainly describes caring experience of a female who received a surgery for stress incontinence. Gordon’s functional assessment was used to evaluate patient’s problems via interview, observation, and direct clinical care. There are three problems identified, including knowledge insufficient ,anxiety and social isolation. Exhaustive information for patient education and mental support were provided to help patient developing a positive attitude to face her ongoing therapy. Hope the nursing experience can help our colleagues to provide clients who experienced similar situation and give them human individualized care.
