技能混合照護模式概念及其運用之SWOT分析

由於人口老化因素，臨床護理照護工作之負擔相對增加，加上醫療給付短缺，使得歐美各國醫療機構在無力負擔全額註冊護士之情況下，應運而生了由護佐與護理人員共同擔負照護工作之技能混合照護模式，並且以很快的速度成長。由於此模式具有可控制醫療成本、提昇病患照護品質以及發揮護理核心專業之特色，故作者收集相關文獻整理成本文並提供執行上之建議，期能為國內醫療機構未來在施行此一模式上之參考或引拋磚引玉之效由更多專家學者進行本土之探討與研究，共同為目前之醫療困境，找出一個合宜且多贏的策略。

Due to the increased number of aging population, the responsibility of clinical nursing care is increasing. In addition, the U.S. and European countries can no longer afford registered nurses of full amount because of medical settlement. The skill mix nursing model of combination of nurse aides and registered nurses is available and becomes popular recently. This model controls medical cost, improves patient care quality, and develops core professionalism in nursing practice. We reviewed relevant documents and provided suggestions on implementation of such a model by domestic medical institutions. We encourage more nursing specialists and scholars exploring the possibility of developing a local model which can create a win-win strategy for multiple parties in the current difficult medical environment.
