長期照護機構老人之整體性護理

Holistic Nursing Care for the Elderly Residing in Long-term Care Institutions

伴隨高齡化社會而來的是老人罹病率與失能比率的增加，因此也提高了長期照護機構的需求。本文主要以「整體性」的觀念為出發點，描述機構老人的生理、心理、社會與靈性各層面的健康特質，並針對老人進住機構期間提出護理措施建議，以做為臨床照護之參考。

Along with the aging society, the elderly morbidity and disability rates are increasing. Therefore, the need for long-term care institutions is prominent. Based on the holistic nursing viewpoint, this article describes the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual characteristics of the elderly residing in longterm care institutions, and provides nursing intervention suggestions for long-term care services.
