加護病房家屬對座談會滿意度之改善專案

Families’ Satisfaction toward Family Symposium at an Intensive Care Unit

近年來強調以家庭為中心的照護，使病人獲得最佳的醫療照護，並要滿足家屬的需求；本專案目的為提升家屬對座談會之滿意度。自93年7月至9月，現況中經問卷調查得知家屬對於座談會滿意度偏低3.5分（滿分5分），其原因為缺乏完整的家屬座談會作業標準及輔助教具故障率高達62.0%，為改善上述原因所導致之家屬對座談會滿意度低情形，故以建立完整的家屬座談會作業標準及製作便利的輔助教具，期望改善家屬對座談會之滿意度，透過此專案的改善後，提升病人家屬對座談會滿意度由3.5分增加為4.1分，因此，透過此專案改善後，提升病人家屬對座談會的滿意度。

Family-centered nursing care has become a focus of nursing recently. Nursing care not only provides patients with good quality of care but also satisfies families’ needs. The purpose of the project was to improve families’ satisfaction level toward symposium at an intensive care unit. Before the improvement program, the level of families’ satisfaction was 3.51 (out of 5). After analyzing the current procedures, the proposed improvement approaches included setting up family symposium guideline and designing appropriate teaching aids. After the program, the level of families’ satisfaction toward family symposium has improved to 4.1. The program has improved the quality of family symposium.
