英文摘要 |
The purpose of this phenomenological study was to explore the living experience of nursing students during clinical practice. A purposive sample of 20 5th year student nurses who have completed clinical practice participated in the study. Data were collected with a semi-structured interview guide. Subjects’ interviews were tape recorded and then transcribed. The content of the interviews was analyzed and categorized using Colaizzi’s phenomenological method. Three major themes were found, including worrying-a mixture of feeling, seeking acceptance and approval, and experience of growingup. These results may help nursing educators and senior nurses to understand nursing students’ practice stress, and assist them individually. |
