內視鏡碎石術後輸尿管導管打結－－罕見病例報告

A True Knot of Ureteral Catheter after Endoscopic Ureterolithotripsy for Ureteral Stone: A Case Report

使用輸尿管內視鏡處理輸尿管結石後放置輸尿管導管是現今泌尿科醫師處理結石很普遍的方式，造成術後輸尿管導管打結的併發症並不多見，我們在這裡報告－病例是24歲男性病患因右側輸尿管結石而在本院接受內視鏡碎石手術，術後卻有輸尿管導管打結的情形產生，後來經由輸尿管內視鏡成功地拔出導管且無任何併發症出現。

Nowadays the use of an indwelling ureteral stent after management of urinary tract stone disease with ureterorenoscopic stone manipulation (URS-SM) is popular. We report a knotted ureteral stent in a patient with a right ureteral stone after URS-SM, which was removed successfully with a 8.5F ureteroscope.
