台灣社區健康促進工作模式之建立

The Establishment of a Promotion Model for Community Health in Taiwan

世界衛生組織（World Health Organization，簡稱WHO）自1986年倡導健康促進迄今，已近30年。健康促進已是全球公共衛生的潮流，各國為7促進民眾健康，亦付出相當多的努力。健康促進的目的在改變個人不恰當的生活型態，而生活型態的改變，除個人行為改變外，更需要政策及支持性環境的配合，才能實踐健康促進的理念。本文的目的，主要是介紹全球健康促進的發展、台灣社區健康促進的發展以及可運用的健康促進行動策略，並舉例說明如何運用健康促進策略於社區，希望能作為社區推動健康促進質作之參考。

It has been over 30 years since the World Health Organization (WHO) started advocating for health promotion. Health promotion is now a global trend in public health. Every country has made significant efforts to promote public health. The primary aim of health promotion is to change individuals' unhealthy lifestyles. Achieving this goal requires having certain governmental policies and a supportive environment for implementing health promotion-related strategies. This paper introduces the development of global health promotion and the development of community health promotion in Taiwan, as well as the applicable action strategies. Examples were used to explain how to bring these strategies into communities. The author hopes that these samples can serve as references of evidence-based practice.
