The purpose of this study is to investigate leased employees' perceptions toward their jobs.There are seven leasingcompaniesand 202 leased employees participtatedinthisstudy.Majorfindingsof thisstudyinclude: young unmarriedfemalesare the major source of leased employees, the cumulationof human capitalis the major reason for leased employeesenteringthe industry, leased employees'job satisfactionfocus on human relationsand job autonomy, lwased employees lack of confidence to the industry and themselves, previous and current working experience influence leased employees' willingness and length in future leasing jobs. |
