學者將「具生產力之對談」定義為個體和與其有關聯之工作同仁交換工作中所面臨問題之見解。以創新的對談理論為基礎,本研究認為員工若能與其他同仁進行較多的「具生產力之對談」,有助於提升其「創意績效」;此外,以社會心理領域和認知心理領域的文獻為基礎,本研究認為「認知需求」會強化「具生產力之對談」和「創意績效」之間的關係。在收集台灣電子製造業的190組配對樣本之後,運用統計分析方法得到以下實證結果:第一,「具生產力之對談」,有助於提升團隊成員之「創意績效」;第二,「認知需求」會強化「具生產力之對談」和「創意績效」關係。最後,說明研究之貢獻與相關建議。
英文摘要
The term “productive dialogue” is employed by former researchers referring to a person exchange his/her insights into a work related problems with related others. In this study, we propose that a person’s involvement in productive dialogues with colleagues could enhance one’s creativity performance in a work team, which is based on arguments from the dialogical theory of new knowledge creation and the theory of creativity. In addition, literatures from the field of social psychology and cognitive psychology also suggest that a person’s need for cognition could enhance the relationship of one’s productive dialogue and his/her creativity performance in a work team. Data of survey was collected from electronic manufacturers in Taiwan, which showed that productive dialogue was positively related to creativity performance and that need for cognition positively moderated the relationship between productive dialogue and creativity. Significance and limitations of this study were discussed at the end of this study.
