隔空教育中教學互動方法之探討

Techniques of Instructional Interaction in Distance Education

由於知識的爆增，使得終身學習變得愈來愈重要；由於電子傳播科技的進步，使得隔空學習的機會大為提昇，因此隔空教育是目前成人教育體系中相當重要的一環。隔空教育意指教師與學習者並非處於相同的時空條件下，而教學活動的進行靠各種媒介傳送，並輔以指導教師或教學組織幫助學習者學習。由於隔空教育的基本特徵在教師與學習者是分開的，因此如何促進教師與學習者以及學習者之間有關於教學的互動是非常重要的。本文主要目的在探討隔空教育中互動的重要性，互動的類別、互動的技術以及互動的品質，最後，檢視我國當前隔空教育中主要的教學互動方法並提出具體建議作為參考。

The explosive of Knowledge makes lifelong learning much more important than before and the progress of instructional technologry and telecommunication make the distance learning much more feasible than before, too. Therefore, distance education is quite prevalent nowadays. Since distance education features in the separation of teachers and learners, it is very important to design the techniques for interactions of teachers and distance learners in order to facilitate the effectiveness of learning. The purposes of this article are to describe the significance of instructional interaction in distance education, to introduce the techniques for interactions in terms of category, to analyze the advantage as well as disadvantage of the techniques, and to provide the guidelines of instructional design for effective interaction. Some suggestions are provided for distance education in Taiwan for the promotion of instructional interaction.
