運動教練工作價值觀與組織承諾關係之研究

A study on the relationship between work values and organizational commitments of sports coaches

目的：本研究旨在瞭解運動教練工作價值觀與組織承諾間之關係。方法：以中華民國運動教練協會（2004）會員名冊為主要研究對象進行問卷調查，有效問卷204份，資料以因素分析、典型相關、Pearson積差相關、多元迴歸分析。結果：一、運動教練工作價值觀與組織承諾有顯著相關。二、運動教練工作價值觀之社會地位對其組織承諾有較佳的預測力。結論：運動教練愈重視工作價值，其組織承諾愈高。運動教練之成就感愈高，其組織認同與留職傾向愈高。

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to reveal the work values and organization commitment of sport coach. Methods: Subjects of the study were 2004 participants at the Formosa Sport Coach Association (2004). The effective 204 questionnaires were used to collect data. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, canonical correlation, Pearson, and multiple regression. Results: The results indicated that: (1) Significant relationship between sport coaches' work values and organizational commitment. (2) The social status of the sport coaches work values were good predictors to organizational commitment. Conclusion: The sport coach more work values, it organizes the organizational commitment more high. Sport coach pay attention to work values, organization its promise high. The higher the achievement of the sport coach is, can predict that its organization admits and retains tendency to be the higher.
