目的:(一)瞭解雙不定向飛靶選手擊發前10秒準備狀態之心跳率變化情形;(二)比較雙不定向飛靶選手擊中與失誤時準備狀態心跳率之差異情形。方法:參與者為五名國內優秀雙不定向飛靶選手,平均年齡23.5歲,參與本項運動平均訓練時間為6.7年。研究設計是以遙測心電儀記錄選手在擊發前準備狀態時之心跳率變化情形,所得資料分別以平均數、標準差及二因子重複量數變異數分析進行統計分析。結果:(一)射擊前10秒及擊發的平均心跳率(次/分)為:108.0±14.1,106.5±13.2,105.7±13.1,108.5±15.8,115.1±18.9,122.5±22.2,111.3±18.9,101.8±10.3,100.5±7.9,98.5±5.9,97.5±2.4。(二)選手在擊中與失誤時射擊前10秒心跳率無顯著差異(F(1,10)=.89,p=.36),組內在11個時間點有主要效果,(F(4,10)=57.2,p=.00)。結論:雙不定向飛靶選手射擊前10秒之心跳率變化,呈現一個先上升後下降之現象;擊中與失誤時各時間點之心跳率雖未達顯著差異,仍可從射擊前10秒、射擊前5秒及擊發三個關鍵時間點,看出二者間的差異情形,提供教練及選手作為準備階段覺醒水準自我調節的參考。 |

Purposes: First, to reveal the variance of heart rate (HR) on the prepare time of double traps shooting. Second, compare the difference of HR between the hit and lost trials. Method: Five national level double traps athletes were recruited in current study. Their average age and experience in double traps shooting were 23.5 and 6.7 years respectively. ECG was used to detect the athletes' HR before and during the shooting period. The collected data were analyzed by mean, stander deviation and mix design two-way ANOVA. Results: 1. The HR (bpm/min) of pre-shoot 10second and shooting were: 108.0±14.1, 106.5±13.2, 105.7±13.1, 108.5±15.8, 115.1±18.9, 122.5±22.2, 111.3±18.9, 101.8±10.3, 100.5±7.9, 98.5±5.9, 97.5±2.4. 2. No significant difference of HR(F(1, 10)= .89, p= .36 >.05)between lost and hit trials was found, while time had main effect F(4, 10)= 57.2, p= .00 <.05). Conclusion: During the pre 10 second period of shooting the variance of HR the revealed a phenomenon of increased at the beginning and decreased at the end time for double traps shooters. Although HR had no difference between the hit and lose trials at several time points, the HR data of three critical periods: pre-shoot 10 second, pre-shoot 5 second, and shooting showed some variance between the two trials. Provide some information for coach and athletes about self regulation on the prepare state. |
