臺北市青少年參與休閒運動傾向之調查研究

The Research on Involvement of Recreational Sport of Adolescent in Taipei City

本研究主要探討臺北市青少年參與休閒運動之傾向，並探討其與休閒運動動機、休閒運動阻礙之關係，以臺北市國中生為研究對象，標的母群體共112,689人，採隨機叢集抽樣方式，選取28所國中，各校隨機選取二個班級，共選取1,920人為研究樣本。採休閒運動參與傾向量表、休閒運動動機量表、休閒運動阻礙因素量表為研究工具，並以描述統計、單因子變異數分析、差異性考驗、典型相關考驗、迴歸分析等統計方式進行資料分析。結果發現：一、臺北市國中生參與休閒運動動機前五項依序為：保持身體健康、可以放鬆心情、學習新鮮事物、想試試自己的能力、享受運動的樂趣。二、臺北市國中生參與休閒運動阻礙因素前五項依序為：天候因素、安全因素、時間、興趣、器材設備。三、不同性別、學業成就、父母教育程度、父母工作職位、管教態度、訊息來源、同伴、費用等變項在休閒運動動機與休閒運動阻礙方面有顯著的不同。四、本研究發現臺北市國中生參與休閒運動動機與阻礙，確實與實際參與休閒運動傾向有典型相關的關係存在。五、藉由本研究之迴歸方程式可以有效預測臺北市國中生休閒運動傾向。其中具有顯著預測變項有：舒暢身心、自我成長、管教態度、休閒運動費用與性別。

The research mainly discussed the intention of Taipei junior high school students' involvement in recreational sport and the relevance between recreational motivation and constraints in recreational sport. The subjects of the research were from 28 junior high schools. The target population was 112,689 students. 1920 students were picked from 28 schools, two classes of each school. The instruments administered to the subjects were 'The tendency of recreational sport scale', 'recreational sport motivation scale', and ' recreational sport constraints scale'. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation, t-test, and regression method. The results of the research were as follows: 1. The top five motivations of Taipei junior high school students were: to keep healthy, to relax, to learn something new, to testify his own ability and to enjoy the sport. 2. The top five constraints of Taipei junior high school students were: weather, safety, time, interests and equipments. 3. In the aspects of recreational motivations and recreational constraints, there were obvious distinctions among the different variables of 'gender', 'educational performance', 'the educational background of their parents', 'parents' job position and attitude', 'information source', 'partners' and 'cost'. 4. The research can estimate the intention of Taipei Junior high school students through regression analysis. The main predictable variants were body relaxes, self-growth, parents' attitude, recreational expense and gender.
