Many companies around the world have implemented enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. ERP systems will integrate business processes and provide real-time information. Unfortunately, ERP projects are costly and a significant proportion of ERP projects do not succeed. Many literatures have applied the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) to explain differences in ERP project outcomes. In view of this, the main purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between CSFs and implementation performance of ERP system by the implementation phases of ERP system. Data collected from questionnaires will be analyzed by Regression Analysis. From the research results, companies will understand the relationships between CSFs and performance of ERP systems in each implementation phase. Besides, companies also can understand how to distribute their scare resource wisely. |
