法律是反腐敗的有力武器，反腐立法應運而生。新中國反腐立法是法治道路的必然選擇和社會發展的理性需求，也是懲治和防止腐敗的重要手段。它經歷了建國初期的正常運行、60到70年代中期的特殊樣態、70年代末到90年代初的重點打擊經濟腐敗，到21世紀前10年來的新進展。未來實現高效反腐的目標，必須進行反腐立法的不斷創新，科學化、權威化、細密化是今後中國反腐立法的發展趨勢。
