After Taiwan martial law was lifted, all side of the domestic social circumstances have faced strong changes and challenges. Education is not an exception, because it concerns the future of people and country. therefore, promoting the democratization and the liberalization in education become important directions in our educational innovation and development. This research discusses the initial period of educational transforrmation and take the first minister of Education after martial law was lifted the Mao Kao-Wen, as an example. This study uses the case studies which include analysis of article documents and interview of the minister Mao Kao-wen, From these materials. I explore his education ideal and developing issue of educational innovation policies and practical efforts. And finally , I make the conclusion. |
