The Study on Schools Managed Public Relations at Kaohsiung City

本研究目的在於探討高雄市國民小學學校經營公共關係的現況，並分析不同背景變項之教育人員知覺學校經營公共關係的差異情形，為達成上述目的，採用文獻分析與問卷調查的方法，首先透過文獻分析，探討學校經營公共關係的原則、步驟、具體作法和遭遇困境；其次，根據文獻探討結果，編製調查問卷，進行調查研究，運用分層隨機抽樣，共抽取46所國小，發出1015份問卷，得有效問卷755份，藉以瞭解高雄市國民小學學校經營公共關係的現況；最後根據文獻和研究結果，作出結論和建議，以供相關機構和人員參考。

The main purpose of this study is to explore current situation and opinions of schools managed public relations at Kaohsiung City. It also aims to comprehend principles, processes, operational method, and difficulties on schools managed public relations. This study is accomplished with the process of literature analysis and questionnaires. The questionnaire was used for investigation the current situation and opinions of schools managed public relations at piblic primary schools of Kaohsiung City. The survey is conducted with 1015 copies issued and with 755 effective copies returned from 46 sample schools. Based upon the research findings, conclusions and suggestion were offered.
