Childhood is the key time to establish regular exercise habits and physical activity behaviors. Children need exercises and activities which are proper, and beneficial to their physical development, but could not be the burden. Out of the limitation of behavioral, physical and psychological development, children still need resources which stem from parents, school and community to participate exercise. Accordingly, the aim of this study is trying to explore the importance of environment from structure of social ecological perspective while attempting to establish children's regular exercise behaviors. |
