目的:比較以連續動作踢擊電子護具不同部位對於得分效益的影響。方法:招募青少年跆拳道選手共18名(年齡:13.56 ± 1.15歲;身高:161.94 ± 10.36公分;體重:50.35 ± 15.02公斤;跆拳道年資:7.50 ± 1.82年)。以平衡次序法請參與者均以前腳側踩-後腳旋踢組合動作踢擊固定在圓柱靶上Daedo GEN2電子護具的正面-側面或側面-正面各12次。依參與者量級設定電子感應數值的得分標準,紀錄每一腳踢擊的電子感應數值及有效得分與否。以成對樣本t檢定分析比較組合動作踢擊不同部位時的得分效益,以二因子變異數分析考驗組合動作中不同攻擊方法與不同部位的電子感應數值與得分率,若達顯著差異則以LSD法進行事後比較,顯著水準訂為α= .05。結果:側踩側面再旋踢正面得分效益大於正面側踩側面旋踢,其中後腳旋踢的電子感應數值與得分率大於前腳側踩表現,且攻擊護具正面的電子感應數值與得分率大於攻擊護具側面。結論:側踩側面銜接旋踢正面連續踢擊動作有較佳得分效益。 |

Purpose: To compare the effects of continuous kicking sequences targeting different areas of electronic protective gear on scoring efficiency.Methods: Eighteen adolescent Taekwondo athletes participated (age: 13.56 ± 1.15 years; height: 161.94 ± 10.36 cm; weight: 50.35 ± 15.02 kg; experience: 7.50 ± 1.82 years). Using a counterbalanced design, participants performed a combination of a front-foot side stomp followed by a rear-foot spinning kick to strike the front–side or side–front areas of Daedo GEN2 electronic protective gear fixed to a cylindrical target, with 12 trials for each sequence. Electronic response values and scoring validity were recorded according to weight-class thresholds. Paired-samples t-tests and two-way ANOVA were used to analyze differences in electronic response values and scoring rates across attack techniques and target areas (α = .05).Results: The sequence of a side stomp to the lateral area followed by a spinning kick to the front showed higher scoring efficiency than the opposite sequence. Rear-foot spinning kicks produced higher electronic response values and scoring rates than front-foot stomps. Attacks to the front area also showed higher values than those to the lateral area. Conclusion: A lateral stomp followed by a spinning kick to the front yields superior scoring efficiency. |
