以資訊系統成功模式理論,評估一居家護理資訊系統使用者的品質指標與使用意願的相關性。方法:本研究為一橫斷面研究,以資訊系統成功模式發展研究工具,透過網路問卷調查,採多元迴歸分析系統品質、資訊品質及服務品質對使用意願的影響,並瞭解使用者特性對品質指標與使用意願的差異。結果:回收有效問卷119份,回收率為35.1%。系統品質(β = 0.378, p < .001)、資訊品質(β = 0.360, p < .001)與服務品質(β = 0.179, p = .014)三個品質指標與使用意願有正向顯著關係。結論:當資訊系統發展完善且使用中,系統品質與資訊品質較服務品質對使用意願的影響更為重要。資訊系統之開發首要從系統品質與資訊品質瞭解使用者需求,開發所需功能可促進使用意願。而資訊素養低造成使用意願低,系統導入時,管理者應協助並即時解決問題,以加速適應能力。日後如何運用資訊科技加強不同照護體系之間的資料整合,是政策與管理可投入的方向。 |

This study evaluates the relationships between the different dimensions and intention to use a home care information system. Methods: This is a cross-sectional survey study. It used the DeLone and McLean’s information systems success theory to develop a research tool in order to explore the relationships between three dimensions, namely, system quality, information quality, and service quality, including their intention of use. The study was conducted through online surveys. Multiple regressions were used to analyze the impact of different aspects of satisfaction toward quality on the degree of intention to use. Results: Regarding the online questionnaire, 119 responses were received (35.1%). Among the three dimensions of satisfaction, system quality (β = 0.378, p < .001) and information quality (β = 0.360, p < .001) had a stronger impact on the intention of use than service quality (β = 0.179, p < .05). Different user categories such as administrators and nurses reported different impacts as well. Conclusions: When a system is well-developed, system quality and information quality may be more important than service quality. Meeting users’ needs is the most important factor for a successful information system, and ensuring system quality and information quality may be the keys to promoting use intention. In case of low information literacy in low intention to use, managers will support immediate problem-solving, which can speed up adaptability. |
