The labor right of female workers is one of the important issues in the international community. All of the democratic and developed countries attach great importance to the promotion of women‘s labor rights. In our country, the female labor participation has also increased year by year, but the family care responsibilities generally are under the charge of women. Many women have to achieve a work-life balance. This thesis is on exposing the actual labor situation of female workers in our country and how they should use laws to protect their rights. In order to resolve labor disputes efficiently, the Legislative Yuan passed the Labor Incident Act in 2018. Then the Act was effectuated on January 1, 2020. The Labor Incident Act is a special law which is included in Civil Procedure Law. The Act attempts to make the parties of labor and employers be substantially equal in litigation and to make the court pay more attention to handling of labor incidents, and therefore achieve a fair and effective trial. This thesis aims to improve the labor litigation in our country through the relevant institution of American law. The author hopes to increase a more friendly working environment for female workers. |
