The external certification results led to the project management certification results, which showed that the elective students who automatically invested in self-directed learning in the class had obvious better learning results. This study intends to construct a multi-integrated online digital learning platform for self-directed learning and use for project management. The students in the course are targeted to conduct action research on the self-directed learning of students using online digital learning platforms. Take Feng Chia University’s iLearn 2.0 network classroom as the core, integrate Happy teaching and learning cloud game-oriented learning platform and Microsoft Share Point cloud project management to build student self-directed learning and cooperative learning digital platform to assist teaching; individual independent learning achievements, group project management case reports and platform production, questionnaire surveys, teaching evaluation, and qualitative data are used to examine students’ learning effectiveness in multiple ways. The results of this research show that the use of multiple digital platforms to integrate the interactive teaching mode of independent learning mode creates a flexible learning environment, which can enhance students’ learning motivation, self-directed learning ability and cooperative learning attitude; for students with special needs in the class, through the introduction of appropriate MOOC courses self-learning planning, teaching guidance activities, show that can help improve the overall learning effectiveness of students’ personal courses and become effective self-directed learners. Through the external professional certification of project management, students can be motivated to obtain professional certificates, and the specific learning effects of students can be appropriately evaluated. |
