本研究以高齡失智者住宅作為對象，考慮失智高齡者所需的舒適、安全與便利空間，並配合本國生活習慣、環境條件等特性，參考國內外相關文獻，擬訂高齡失智者住宅設計原則。本研究成果可提供業界設計住宅與患者家屬居家修繕之參考。

This research is focused on the development of residential design principles for seniors with dementia. It is compatible with local Taiwan custom, lifestyles, and environmental conditions while considering their needs for a comfortable, safe, and convenient environment. Along with references from relevant literature, the results from this research can be used as a reference guide for architects and family members of seniors with dementia.
