The theory Habitual Domains is a doctrine used to describe the operation of the mind. It believes that everyone has their own memories, ideas, thoughts, and emotions, which form circuit patterns in the brain and construct an individual’s own habitual domains. Good habitual domains make people success, and bad ones lead to failure. There are many reasons for the formation of the bad habitual domains, one of which is caused by some strong negative circuit patterns that unconsciously control people behind the scenes, like a navigation system. Eliminating such a circuit pattern will change the bad habitual domains it creates. This article attempts to use mindfulness meditation to help people to go back to the present, to be aware of the strong negative circuit patterns, and to eliminate the negative circuit patterns, so as to improve the habitual domains and achieve successful life. |
