In this article the author described the process and reflection of developing a strength talent development trial program in Taipei Municipal Yu-Hang Kindergarten. Under the leadership of experts and scholars in gifted education, the kindergarten principal adopted the strategies by seeking consensuses among teachers and staffs, advocating the spirit of the program for parents, and encouraging teachers' professional development to reduce the teachers' and parents' worry about the implementation of this program. After these efforts, the teachers, staffs, and parents of the kindergarten all took action to support the two-year trial program. Under the direction of professors and the interdisciplinary cooperation with supportive elementary teachers, teachers in this program explored the preschool children's strengths and potential, and developed adaptive curriculum to provide them the adaptive educational opportunities and help them develop their multiple potential. It was hoped that the children who received this program could realize their full potential and achieve self-fulfillment in the future, and the program developed in this trial could also fulfill the educational philosophy of cultivating talents and building solid foundation for the children.
