This article aims to explore curriculum integration and its instruction with the hope of helping school teachers move toward a more coherent curriculum. In the first part, the nature of integrated curriculum is discussed. Then the posible types of curriculum integrateion are analyzed by boundaries of subjects, participators of curriculum planning, and ways of curriculum implementation. The third part describes a number of aspects to creat integration. In the end, this article presents perspectives of curriculum integration in the future to urge upon teachers the necessity of implementation. |
