本研究以四向度成就目標理論為基,探究421位大學生適應/不適應行為組型的學習內在歷程模式,並以結構方程模式(SEM)驗證此目標動機策略行為模式的適配度。研究結果顯示:目標動機策略行為模式在SEM考驗上除易受樣本數影像的卡方值外,大多數模式考驗的適配指標顯示本模式與觀察資料可以適配。模式中各變項間的效果也支持本研究的假定:四向度目標導向(趨向精熟、趨向表現、逃避精熟與逃避表現)會透過學習動機與學習策略,分別對學習產生正向適應效果的趨向行為,或負向不適應效果之逃避行為。而結構方程模式與階層迴歸模式的分析結果顯示學習動機與學習策略是目標導向與適應/不適應行為組型的中介。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of the study was to verify the goodness of fit between empirically observed data of college students and the learning model of goal orientation. The participants were 421 fresh men from eight universities in Taiwan. The instruments used in this study included: the goals scale, the learning motivation scale, the learning strategy scale, the approach behavior scale, and the avoidance behavior scale. The results of this study were as follows: Although the value of chi-square was significant at .05 level, other overall and internal structure model fit indexes showed that the learning model of goal orientation fitted the observed data. Learning motivation and learning strategy were the mediating variables between four dimensions of goal orientation and avoidance(or approach)behavior. Suggestions for further research were also made in the study. |
