Energy issues and industrial pollution are harmful to the environment, and have attracted attention from various countries recently. The anode of the fuel cell can produce electricity, and the cathode has the function of purifying sewage. Advanced oxidation process combined with electro-Fenton system cathode, will have more self-system maintenance. In this study, the electrochemical anodization method was used to carry out the treatment of anode on pure titanium electrode, and the TiO2 nanotubes with different pore sizes was constructed. The experimental parameters of anodization voltage were 60 V, 40 V and 20 V, and subsequently analyzed by Four-Point Probe, Linear sweep voltammetry, Scanning electron microscope, Polarization curve with Tafel extrapolation, and the Rhodamine B (RhB) decolorization in electro-Fenton system during 30 minutes. The results show that the best decolorization rate in electro-Fenton system is 52.9%, and the anodization voltage is 60 V, which is 1.65 times higher than that of the pure Ti electrode without anodization, and its corrosion resistance is better than 40V and 20V electrodes. This study prepared the Ti electrode of electro-Fenton system, and the results will be helpful for further research and application in the future. |
