The purpose of this study is to find materials with corrosion resistance in high humidity or high salt environments, and have good mechanical properties, so the selected materials need to have considerable longitudinal wear resistance and shear resistance. For this purpose, Han-tai's R&D team conducts network-related paper research and material information collection to search for materials with corrosion resistance and wear resistance for related spray process research. In this study, it is assumed that the coating needs to undergo constant reciprocating motion, and the abrasion test is equivalent to simulating the actual use condition, and it can be known which material can have a lower wear weight loss under such conditions. The cross-section metallographic examination of the sprayed film is used to confirm the film condition of various selected materials after the spraying process, and to observe the pore size of each coating film, measure the hardness, and observe the degree of bonding with the substrate. And confirm the quality of the produced spray film. In corrosive environments, the coating needs to have corrosion resistance against corrosion for a long time, and the components may withstand axial and longitudinal stresses under different conditions of use, and even with bending stress, once the coating is cracked due to bending stress. May cause peeling of the entire coating. Using the above comprehensive test results, WC-20Ni7Cr was selected as the most suitable material for the test environment. |
