This study used stainless steel slag as the base material of industrial by-products to replace some of the cement, with different water-cement ratios (0.4, 0.5, 0.6), fineness (3000cm2/g, 4000cm2/g, and 5000cm2/g) and 6 different types. The substitution amounts (0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%) were the main test variables, and the swelling properties of the environmental protection cement made from stainless steel and the engineering properties at each age were investigated. The results of the study showed that the proper use of stainless steel to reduce concrete replaces cement, thereby reducing the use of cement. From the hot-expansion test, it can be seen that stainless steel reduces the swelling properties of the crucible. At 56 days of age, the water-cement ratio is 0.4, the amount of substitution for each fineness is 20%, and the change in hot-press expansion is 0.0398-0.0498%. All comply with the CNS13619 specification value of 0.06% or less. It showed that when stainless steel reduction is used to replace 20% of cement, there will be no doubt about expansion. If it is properly used, it can effectively achieve the goal of resource reuse and energy conservation and carbon reduction. |
