Case Studies of Halide-Induced Pitting Corrosion and Stress Corrosion Crackin

在含鹵素離子的高溫酸液環境中，不銹鋼組件發生孔蝕腐蝕或應力腐蝕破裂的可能性頗大，時常造成石化製程設備的巨大經濟損失，並危及運轉安全。本文藉由數個不銹鋼腐蝕破損案例之腐蝕環境分析，探討腐蝕原因及破損模式，以尋求適切的防治對策。

In this paper several failure cases of pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking of stainless steel components in petrochemical plants were described and investigated. Microstructural examination and fractographic observation of these failed components were carried out so as to determine the failure causes and their corrective measures.
