本研究嘗試以鐵粉為載體，利用無電鍍的方法，在鐵粉的表面上析鍍鎳金屬層，作為導電塗料之填充劑使用。實驗結果指出，前處理液的施用可使無電鍍鎳層能夠均勻的析鍍在鐵粉表面上，透過控制V/W（鍍液體積（mL）/粉末重量（g）），可決定無電鍍鎳層在粉末上的析鍍量。採用此鐵鎳粉塗膜之比電阻值降低到2.5Ω/cm2。 |
| 英文摘要 |
Electroless nickel coating on iron powder is employed to produce the Fe-Ni powder as the filler material for conductive paint. The experimental results showed that powder cleaning pretreatment as well as the V/W (ratio between solution volume and powder weight) were important factors in affecting the uniformity and Ni content in the deposited powders. The sheet resistance of conductive painting employing the Fe-Ni powders can be lowered to 2.5Ω/cm2. |
