公共工程腐蝕及陰極防蝕現況探討

Corrosion and Cathodic Protection of Infrastructures in Taiwan

公共工程的設計與維護，緊繫著民生活動及經濟發展。台灣為一海島且處於高腐蝕的氣候環境，鋼構及鋼筋混凝土結構物均必須面對腐蝕的考驗。本文針對台灣公共工程中既有的港灣設施、橋梁及地下管線的腐蝕狀況及陰極防蝕技術的應用作一介紹。希望藉由本文的揭露，喚起國人對公共工程防蝕設計與維護的重視，並推動相關參考施工規範的建立。

It is known that the designs and maintenances of infrastructures have a significant impact on the nation’s activities and economy. Taiwan is an island with severely corrosive environments, and the cost of corrosion and corrosion prevention of metals and reinforcing steel structures are considerable. In this paper, current conditions of corrosion and cathodic protection occurred and/or applied for infrastructures including harbor facilities, bridges, and underground pipelines in Taiwan were introduced. Through the paper, it is highly expected that the concepts and applications of corrosion prevention for designs and maintenances of infrastructures can be paid much attention by the nation. Moreover, guidelines or recommended practices of corrosion prevention can be developed and accomplished in Taiwan.
