石化設備腐蝕目視檢測技術建立

Establishment of Corrosion Visual Inspection Technique of Petrochemical Equipment

由於石化廠歲修時間均很短，要大規模瞭解設備狀況必須借重非破壞檢測相關技術。因此，本研究之主要目的乃建立石化設備腐蝕目視檢測技術及檢測標準（DER評等法）、石化設備腐蝕分類、現場設備腐蝕分析及研判等技術。經過文獻蒐集及一系列之討論，建立了中鋼公司在石化廠腐蝕目視檢測之標準，包括：完成了「設備腐蝕檢測基本資料表」、「石化設備現場腐蝕檢測記錄表」、「石化設備現場腐蝕檢測系統之目視檢查表」、「石化設備腐蝕檢測劣化程度與評估值之關係」及「設備腐蝕調查表」等。配合正確的設備腐蝕分析流程，已經順利在公司內外石化廠歲修腐蝕檢測中使用，情形相當良好。檢測之結果，也可以作為風險評估（RBI）的基本資料，有助於申請延長設備檢查之通過。

For understanding the safety of equipment, it was necessary to use the non-destructive examination technique during the short time of annual repairs. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to establish the corrosion visual inspection technique, inspection standard (DER evaluation method), corrosion category, in-field corrosion analysis and judgment of petrochemical equipment. During the literature surveys and a series of discussion, the evaluation standard of corrosion visual inspection of petrochemical plants was set up in China Steel Corporation. The data sheet of corrosion inspection of equipment, the in-field corrosion inspection record sheet of petrochemical equipment, the visual inspection sheet of in-field corrosion evaluation system of petrochemical equipment, the relationship of inferior degree and evaluation value of corrosion inspection of petrochemical equipment, and the corrosion investigation sheet of equipment were all built in this evaluation standard. With coordination of proper corrosion analysis process of equipment, this evaluation method was successfully used in corrosion inspection of annual repairs of petrochemical plants. The results of examination were the important basic data for risk-based inspection (RBI) and were helpfully to pass the application of prolonging equipment examination.
