腐蝕抑制劑對鎳基超合金Inconel-792及Inconel-939在3.5wt% NaCl水溶液中的影響

Effects of Inhibitors on the Aqueous Corrosion of Nickel-Base Superalloys Inconel-792 and Inconel-939 in 3.5 wt% NaCl Solution

本文探討兩種鎳基超合金Inconel-792及Inconel-939於3.5wt% NaCl水溶液中添加不同的腐蝕抑制劑（NaNO2、Na2MoO4及Na3PO4）對孔蝕的影響，結果顯示，兩種超合金在3.5wt% NaCl水溶液中的腐蝕特性和316L不銹鋼相比，差異不大；添加三種不同的抑制劑（NaNO2、Na2MoO4及Na3PO4）均可提高孔蝕電位（Epit），使鈍化電位區間增大，增加抗孔蝕的能力，其中以添加Na3PO4可以得到最高的孔蝕電位，較低的腐蝕速率。

The effects of three corrosion inhibitors (containing NaNO2, Na2MoO4, and Na3PO4) on the corrosion behavior of nickel-base superalloys Inconel-792 and Inconel-939 in 3.5% NaCl solution were studied. The results indicated that the pitting potential increased with adding certain amounts of inhibitors, and it was found that the additional Na3PO4, exhibited the more pronounced effect in enhancing corrosion resistance among all the inhibitors studied.
