港灣高性能混凝土耐久性設計檢測之研究

The Durability Design and Inspection of HPC Applied for Harbors

港灣工程結構物常年曝露在海洋環境，容易受海水侵蝕、海浪衝擊、鋼筋銹蝕等影響，造成混凝土惡化，降低港灣工程構造物的安全性與使用年限。本文主要探討港灣混凝土的耐久設計要求，提出港灣工程高性能混凝土耐久性設計策略。港灣高性能混凝土可利用硫酸鈉浸泡、氯離子滲透、電阻試驗等檢測方式評估耐久性。最後以案例分析說明考量港灣工程結構物耐久性之嚴格要求，以詮釋港灣混凝土實務應用注意事項。

The harbor construction exposed to the oceanic environment year-by-year is easily corroded by sea water, impacted by sea waves and to cause steel corrosion, so the concrete deterioration reduced the harbor constructions security and the service life. This article mainly studied the durable design requirements of the concrete in a harbor, and to put its design strategy in. The harbor HPC can be examined by soaking in the sodium sulfate, Chloride permeability, electric resistance testing and so on, to assess the durability. Finally, the case analysis is taken to show and consider the strict request of the harbor construction durability, and to annotate the announcements for the actual application of the concrete in a harbor.
