This study aims to explore the multilevel moderated effects between reflective capacity and reflective attitude of elementary school principals promoting environmental education, using hierarchical linear modeling to analyze the second-level variables school area, school location and environmental education certification. The conclusions and suggestions are as follows: 1. The reflective capacity and its reflective-in-action, reflective-on-action, reflective with others, self-appraisal, have obvious direct impacts on the reflective attitude and its desire for improvement, general confidence, communication confidence, uncertainty, interacting stress, job satisfaction. 2. The multilevel moderated effects of school area are moderately obvious between reflective capacity and reflective attitude, the multilevel moderated effects are both positive and negative, there are higher impacts of central area and northern area between reflective capacity and reflective attitude including desire for improvement, communication confidence, job satisfaction. 3. The multilevel moderated effects of school location are not obvious between reflective capacity and reflective attitude. 4. The multilevel moderated effects of environmental education certification are highly obvious between reflective capacity and reflective attitude, the multilevel moderated effects are both positive and negative, there are obvious impacts of environmental education certification extension between reflective capacity and reflective attitude, including job satisfaction, desire for improvement and communication confidence. 5. It is recommended to continuously optimize reflective capacity and reflective attitude, and share excellent experience. |
