This study examines the feasibility of applying AI Tag and an Agentic Model to the analysis of belief systems surrounding the Three Mountain Kings temples in Taiwan. It proposes an interdisciplinary framework that integrates image recognition, text mining, and geospatial analysis for the study of temples, deities, and local religious networks. The belief in the Three Mountain Kings holds particular significance in the study of Taiwanese popular religion, migration history, and local society. The spatial distribution of temples, co-worshipped deities, architectural forms, and local narratives together provide critical evidence for understanding ethnic interaction and the localization of religious practice. Based on a preliminary dataset of approximately 65 temples, this paper outlines a workflow that combines data tagging and spatial analysis in order to construct a structured and comparable research database. It is acknowledged that the current stage remains exploratory. Future work should enlarge the sample size, strengthen the foundation of literature, and further validate the proposed classification model in order to improve the explanatory power and academic contribution of the research. |
