The United Nations Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development proposed in ''Future Education and Skills 2030'' that common career competencies play a very important role in cultivating future talents. This study selected 68 college students taking the ''Career Planning'' general course as the research subjects. It conducted data analysis through questionnaires, student interviews, and course feedback content. This study has two important findings: (1) Interactive inquiry teaching intervention can significantly improve college students' performance in continuous learning, teamwork, communication and interaction, problem solving, and innovative thinking. (2) College students’“teamwork”can significantly moderate the relationship between continuous learning and innovative thinking; college students’“communication and interaction”can significantly moderate the relationship between continuous learning and problem solving. In addition to being provided to the General Education Center as a reference for future curriculum planning, the results of this research will also be considered as a basis for promoting policies related to sustainable high-quality education. |
