《文心雕龍》之所以被學術界推尊為「藝苑之秘寶」，「體大而慮周，籠罩群言」者，其根本原因，還在於作者劉勰本人，具有過人的智慧，其過人的智慧為何？今特以《文心雕龍．序志》篇文為例，剖情析采，探原竟委，條列個人揣摩一得，以就教於同道先進。

The reason Wen-hsin tiao-lung is respected by scholars of Chinese as the jade of literary criticism and considered as a systematic and inclusive writing is because of Liu Hsieh's wisdom. What is Liu Hsieh's wisdom? This article takes the preface of Wen-hsin tiao-lung as example and analyses the wisdom it contains.
