外遇問題的階段分析及處理策略

ANALYSIS AND SOLUTION OF EXTRAMARITAL POBLEMS

國內的家庭問題有愈來愈嚴重的趨勢，在各種家庭問題中，尤其外遇問題最引起社會的關懷與重視。本文以探索性的角度，歸納了處理外遇的臨床經驗，試圖以動力的分析，來探討外遇問題的原因，外遇問題的階段，及各個階段的輔導策略。外遇問題主要的原因並非是當事人好壞的問題，而是三個當事者間的推力與吸力的問題。外遇必然是第三者的吸力加上元配的推力才能造成外遇的事實。外遇問題也可以分成五個階段：醞釀期、試探期、衝突期、無奈期與狼心期。在此五階段中，當事者彼此之間的關係均有差異，所以外遇問題的處理，也因這五階段的差異而有不同的處理策略。而處理策略的共同原則就是如何把元配的推力變成吸力，或減少元配的推力，和如何把第三者的吸力減低或將其吸力變成推力的運用。本文期以這初步的階段分析和處理策略喚起學術界更多人力與智力的投入，來輔導國內的外遇問題。

This paper attempted to tackle the extramarital problems. The author inevst igates the cause and periods of extramasital phenonmenon and the sorresponding cou nselling strategies by dynanic analysis. The major of extramarital problem is a matter of attraction and repulsion among husband, wife and the intruder. There are five periods within an extramarital problem. They are the germination period, temptation period, conflct period, incompetent or helpless priod, and ruthless period. Each period has its own characteristics and counselling strategy. However, the concmon principle of the strategies is how to change the repulsion to attracion between husband and wife and how to change the intruder's attracion to repulsion. It is hoped that this paper could elicit wore research in the field of extramarital problems.
