精神分裂症患者的班達反應扭曲

PERCEPTUAL DISTORTIONS IN SCHIZOPHRENICS

本文利用班達圖形探討精神分裂症病人的知覺扭曲現象。經由觸覺呈現方式，可大幅減低受試者在視覺呈現時所發生的圖形旋轉與圖形分離現象，這種改善現象由於受到實驗方法的限制，不易推斷是來自於前處理的輸入階段或中樞處理階段的影響。描繪時所發生之知覺扭曲，與在觀看時無法注意到圖形的方向性與單位之間的關係有關。對班達圖形辨認的視覺閾測量，發現與整圖扭曲（如續畫、缺畫、變形、不對稱）程度有關，但在多項關係上仍不清楚。本文認為由實驗結果並不足以判斷知覺扭曲之真正機轉是否即在前處理的輸入階段，可能尚須考慮其他消息處理階段的介入。

Bender visual-motor gestalt figures was adopted to investigate perceptual distortions manifested in schizophrenics. Distortions has been shown to emerge from the inability to attend to figural angularity and relationship among the constituents. Figural rotation and fragmentation could be largely reduced through tactile-mode processing. Due to the shortage of experimental methods, it is inapppropriate to attribute this improvement to the effect of preprocessing or central processing per se. The measurement of visual detection threshold for each Bender figure reflects some correlation with the preceptual distortion of the whole figure. By combining the experimental results thus far collected, it is still immature to claim the existence of a true single mechanism which is responsible for perceptual distortions generated in Bender-Gestalt test.
