「服藥行為」社會技巧訓練團體之效果評估

鑑於許多需要長期服用抗精神病藥物之精神病病患，在出院期間多未能規則服藥，本研究乃於病患住院期間，安排為期九次之以“服藥行為”為主的社會技巧訓練團體，希望瞭解：（1）這些病患最關心之藥物問題及最容易出現之錯誤藥物概念為何，以提供適當的教育或說明。（2）評估此訓練團體是否可增加病患對於抗精神病藥物的正確認知。本研究選取實驗組與控制組病患各40名，以精神分裂病與躁鬱病為主，以“抗精神病藥物概念問卷”來評估。結果：參加此訓練團體之病患對於藥物的正確認知，確實較控制組有顯著進步；至於病患對於抗精神病藥物最常出現的錯誤認知則於文中詳細說明。

In order to increase the psychotic patients' drug compliance. We designed 9 sessions social skills training group of medication management in acute ward. Eighty schizophrenia and bipolar disorder patients were randomized into the experimental group (N=40) and the control group (N=40). Only the experimental group accept the medication training. The purpose of the study was to investigate the patient's misconceptions about psychotropic drugs, and the training effect of the group. The results showed that the knowledge about neuroleptics has improved significantly after the training group. The change of compliance behavior need further study.
