國內婦女壓力研究的回顧與展望

Psychosocial Stress of Employed Women in Taiwan

本文以國內職業婦女的壓力研究為主，分別從其壓力來源、背景變項、中介變項、及結果變項四方面來回顧探討。其次回顧了單親媽媽（離婚、喪偶）及職業婦女與家庭主婦比較之研究，共五十餘篇。作者在本文中除檢討各研究所得之結果，也從測量、研究設計、未來研究方向來加以探討，以作為日後這類研究之參考。

In this paper, the author has reviewed more than 50 papers concerning psychosocial stress of working class women in Taiwan. The review has focused on socio-demographic variables, mediating factors, and results of these studies. Special attention was paid to studies related to single working mother, and a comparison between studies of working mothers and that of housewives was exercised. Implications of the review on methodology and future research directions have also been discussed.
